RETURN:

Do you want to exchange or return an item? No problem!
Within 14 days after receiving the order you can return the items without problems, with the exception of gift vouchers!

You will find a return form in the package of your order. Fill out this form completely.
Add this form to the package, otherwise your return will not be processed!

Keep in mind the following when returning:

• Make sure you return your return shipment within 14 days after receiving your order.
• The items must be returned in the original condition.
• Also make sure that it's well packed so that it cannot be damaged during transport.
• The costs for returning are for your own account. Except if we, K-charo, have sent an incorrect delivery.
• The returned items will not be taken back if:
  • They are worn and/or washed
  • They are damaged and/or you have tried to repair a damage yourself.
  • Watch out with makeup! Items with makeup stains are NOT returned.
  • Sale items may NOT be returned or exchanged!
  • We will NOT return items that fall outside the 14-day return time.

Amounts to be repaid will be refunded to you within 7 working days.

Follow the instructions regarding washing and ironing the items as much as possible.
K-CHARO is not liable/responsible for the possible problems with the item after washing and/or ironing.

We do not exchange articles for a different color, so make sure that you are sure of your choice when ordering.

We will exchange a size if you ordered it incorrectly, but take count that we will NOT resend it at our expense.
